888 teams up with Nextgen
Online gambling and online bingo group 888.com has entered into an agreement with NextGen Gaming, an online gaming design studio, aimed at creating a supply of interactive online wagering Internet products.
Reports say the signing allows NextGen to make its gaming titles accessable to 888 customers and white label partners. The games are expected to be available from the Q3 2008.
An 888 spokesmen claimed the signing is evidence of 888's continuing strategy aimed at enlarging its entertainment offering. The company is n the process of integrating selected third party games with more signings lined up for the future.
Gabi Campos, Senior VP, Head of Offering for 888 said: "We are constantly expanding our games offering to customers through internal innovation and the integration of third party games, with the emphasis on new games and branded content. The integration of NextGen's most popular games into 888's gaming environment will provide a significant boost to this area of organic growth."
NextGen CEO Matt Davey said: "Through this strategic agreement NextGen is proud to offer some of its best performing titles such as Eastern Dragon and Dr Love. We are excited by the opportunity to work with such a professional and progressive company as 888 and look forward to delivering an exciting entertainment package."
A Gibraltar-based gaming giant, 888.com is an online gaming industry mainstay and offers a number of online bingo games and online bingo halls available to UK online bingo players. At the time of writing it's not known if NextGen will be developing online bingo games products as part of its deal with 888.com.
