Parlay Entertainment, the Canadian online bingo software provider which recently secured a UK license, is to be acquired by PEIC Acquisition Corp.
PEIC Acquisition Corp. is a subsidiary of Letton Investments which operates out of the Caribbean island of Barbados. The company sets up investments in firms involved to the online gambling industry.
The acquisition still has to meet with the approval of Parlay's board of directors and shareholders.
Parlay Entertainment is a popular bingo software provider with a number of UK online bingo halls and online bingo games operators. It provides multi-player online bingo software to UK operators such as Virgin and Littlewoods Gaming.
